We enjoyed a girls' night out on the patio at Old School and had a wonderful time. Our waitress was very attentive and even split the checks for us. Everyone enjoyed their meals and of course the $5 happy hour appetizers. Would definitely recommend! They even have gluten-free options!

Fun and AMAZING - the atmosphere is basic with advertising art and sports logos on the walls with a large well-stocked bar in the center - but the food is classy, upscale, expertly prepared, and DELICIOUS! They also have plenty of smiling waitresses and a really great outside patio. So to summarize they are nicely comfortable with well above-average food.

Ate here after attending Canobie lake. Maybe 5 min drive. And I have to say this place was great! The food was AMAZING. I got the “tips and tenders” with two sides, so delicious. Apps, drinks, everything. I live in RI and wish this kind of atmosphere place was closer

Great menu for lunch. Outside seating was great on a beautiful day. Friendly and attentive staff. Good-sized portions.
 
Stop by dinner and enjoyed some beer and wine with an appetizer off the happy hour menu. My haddock sandwich was great and my wife's salad with grilled salmon was perfect. Make sure you stop by.

We stopped here after a day at Canobie Lake. Elevated pub food - delicious! - but unpretentious and relaxed. The seared ahi tuna app was delicious, as were the southwest egg rolls. There's a kid menu as well, and they were very friendly to my kids after a big day. Menu is extensive with lots of tasty options. When we're next in town, we plan to be back!

Is the service the fastest? No. Are the seats the comfiest? No. But none of that matters because the amazing menu at Old School Bar & Grill more than makes up for it! The steak tips are almost as tender as their filets, their ribs are savory, smokey, and fall off the bone, and the fries are to die for. I found this location on a whim, and it’s become my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for an unpretentious location for delicious meals in the area.

This place was not at all what I expected. The drinks are A+ the food is SO good. The service it top tier and the atmosphere is fantastic. We ordered the Prime Rib Egg Rolls, jeeeezus those were delicious!! My dinner was the Delmonico RibEye and it was cooked exactly to my liking, medium with beautiful grill marks on it, and seemed unreal. This was our 2nd visit and we are definitely making this a "go-to" spot for sure!!

The prime rib looked spectacular. I did not have it this time. We were only there for a drink and apps. But I will definitely get it the next time I'm there.

Old school is a classic American restaurant with their own twist. They have amazing food with some of the options you find anywhere else, like fried green beans! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and feels nice and local. They have a huge bar with a great outdoor seating area! They have great local brews on tap and good variety of drink selections. The service is also very friendly. I highly recommend coming here!

Driven by the place for years but never went in. Decided to try it out with my mom last night. It’s a bit loud, but trust me when I say that doesn’t matter in the least once the food comes. I got the steak tips and tenders with sweet potato fries and garlic butter green beans and my mother got the moonshine ribs with the sane green beans and broccoli. These were by far the best steak tips I’ve ever had hands down! Cooked and seasoned perfectly and beyond tender. They melt in your mouth! The chicken was crispy and juicy. The ribs were delicious and fell off the bone. The green beans were to die for and sweet potato fries did not disappoint! It was our first time, but it definitely won’t be our last. I HIGHLY recommend this place. My only complaint was that I never stopped all those years I’d driven by!

Good portions of quality food, meat falling off the bone ribs, delicious cheesy nachos, strong drinks. I'm glad I ventured out of my normal ring of restaurants and discovered how good this place is!

Wow! Ok, so on the outside looks like a nothing hole-in-the-wall kind of place....but inside ....the atmosphere is stellar, bar is phenomenal and the seating is amazing ok so now for the food and drinks which were SOOOO damn good! Amazingly delicious -got just a simple Buffalo chicken meal fries and coleslaw.....it was soooo good and portions were generous! I would definitely go back!

First time there. The place was busy with music on the patio and a full bar. We sat at bar for drinks and dinner. The bartenders were attentive and pleasant. We look forward to trying it again.

This place is amazing! The food is great, Staff is great. There is never a wait. Outdoor seating with a band and Great Bar.

Glad we tried this place the service was exceptional very welcoming the environment was great and the food was even better would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice casual place to hang out and grab a great meal.

Holy moly! I've never seen such a large portion of ribs! Delicious! And the garlic green beans were perfect. But what really impressed me is the availability of Truvia (stevia) sweetener. I'll be back!

Food was surprisingly and pleasingly bursting of flavor! Service was good. Prices are very fair. Menu has a great variety, seafood, great burgers, steaks and ribs, and appetizers that are out of this world. Drinks were great too! I'd definitely recommend it.

Went here when it first open was marginal at best. Went back again Wow it was great. Prime rib was excellent and the burgers were great nice job. We will go back definitely!!!

Great place for bar food, and better than bar food! Nice cold pints, great lobster roll, burger, and sweet potato fries.
